PRIME RIB ROAST RECIPE

4 ingredients only!

Ingredients:

– 8 lbs boneless prime rib, room temperature – 1 cup butter, room temperature – 1/4 cup coarse sea salt – 1/4 cup ground black pepper

HOW TO MAKE:

Cream butter and slather on prime rib.

HOW TO MAKE:

Season generously with salt and pepper.

HOW TO MAKE:

Place rib in Dutch oven, fat side up, cook uncovered for 15 mins.

HOW TO MAKE:

Turn off the oven, and let sit for 1-2 hours. Transfer to cutting board, remove twine, slice.

HOW TO MAKE:

Garnish with thyme and garlic. Enjoy!
