Ingredients:

– 0.5 cups of butter – 0.5 cups of brown coarse sugar – 0.25 cups of fine brown sugar – 2 cups of all-purpose flour – 1 chicken egg – 0.25 cups of milk – 2-3 drops of blue food coloring – 150-200 g of dark chocolate – 4 tbsp. spoons of chocolate drops – 0.5 cups of small marshmallows

HOW TO MAKE:

In a mixing bowl, combine both types of sugar and slightly melted butter. Beat with a whisk until well mixed.

Beat the egg and knead it into the dough.

Pour in the milk and continue beating the dough.

Gradually add all-purpose flour, kneading until the dough is thick but not too dense.

Mix in food coloring a little at a time until the desired color is achieved.

Divide the dough into 6-10 portions. Place a piece of chocolate in the center of each portion and fold the dough over to cover it.

Refrigerate the shaped cookies for 2 hours.
