Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients:

– 2 tbsp unsalted butter – 1 onion, chopped – 2 ribs celery, diced finely – 1/2 cup carrots, diced – 2 garlic cloves, minced – 1 tsp soy sauce – 1 tsp hot sauce – 8 cups chicken broth – 2 lbs bone-in chicken breasts – 1 tsp dried basil – 1 tsp dried thyme – 1 tsp dried oregano – 1 tsp dried parsley – 1/4 tsp turmeric – 1 tsp mustard powder – 1/2 tsp kosher salt – 1/4 tsp ground black pepper – 1 tsp lemon juice – 2 cups fusilli pasta – Salt for cooking the pasta – Oil for cooking the pasta

HOW TO MAKE:

Melt butter and sauté onions, celery, and carrots until soft.

Add garlic, soy sauce, hot sauce, broth, chicken, herbs, and spices.

Partially cover and simmer chicken for 15-20 minutes.
