PUDDING COOKIES

Ingredients:

– 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature – 3/4 cup light brown sugar – 1/4 cup granulated sugar – 2 large eggs, room temperature – 1 pack banana cream instant pudding mix (3.4 oz box) – 1 tsp vanilla extract – 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour – 1 tsp baking soda – 1/2 tsp salt – 1 cup vanilla wafer cookies, chopped – 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

HOW TO MAKE:

Cream together butter and sugars, then add eggs, instant pudding, and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk dry ingredients together, then add to pudding mixture and stir until combined.

Fold in vanilla wafer cookies and white chocolate chips.
