Ingredients:

– 2 cups all-purpose flour – 1/2 tsp baking powder – 1/2 cup granulated sugar – 1/2 tsp salt – 1 tsp nutmeg – 1/2 cup milk – 2 large eggs – 1/5 cup melted butter – 1 tsp vanilla – 1 tsp grated orange – 1/2 cup coconut flakes – Vegetable oil

HOW TO MAKE:

Combine all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.

HOW TO MAKE:

Add remaining ingredients to flour mixture.

HOW TO MAKE:

Ensure mixture is thoroughly combined and smooth.

Heat oil in large pot on medium heat until hot but not smoking. Drop in dough balls in batches, frying until golden brown

HOW TO MAKE:

Place cooked buns on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Garnish and serve with a hot or cold drink
