FOR THE SPICED COOKIES: STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line your baking tray with parchment paper. STEP 2: Mix the flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, ground cardamom, clove, and salt in a large bowl and set aside.
