STEP 1: Gather all the ingredients for the mango pops. Wash the mangoes and peel them. STEP 2: Cut the mangoes into cubes. You can cut the cubes as big as you want for chunky mango popsicles. STEP 3: Pour the lime juice into the mango cubes and stir.
STEP 4: Add the honey and coconut milk. You can also use coconut water or water. STEP 5: Blend the ingredients in a blender. It’s up to you if you want a smooth or chunky mango popsicle mixture.
STEP 6: Taste the mango mixture and adjust with more lime juice or honey according to preference. STEP 7: Pour the mango mixture into the popsicle molds with some allowance at the top for expansion and freeze for at least four hours.
