Step 1

Make the cheesecake crust.  1. Grind the crackers in a food processor. 2. Add and mix the melted butter in the crushed crackers. 3. Prepare a round, oven-safe cheesecake container and wrap it with foil. 4. Spread the crushed crackers with butter on the base and sides of the container. 5. Set the cheesecake crust in the oven at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes, then cool completely.

Make the cheesecake filling.  1. Mix cream cheese and yogurt. 2. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch, and lemon zest. Add the mixture to the cream cheese and yogurt. 3. Stir in the eggs and lemon juice. 4. Mix the blueberries into the cheesecake filling.
