1. Wash and dry the peaches. 2. Cut the clean peaches into equal slices. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet, spacing them evenly. 3. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for a couple of days to dehydrate them at the lowest temperature. 4. Your peaches are fully dehydrated if you thaw a piece and it doesn’t darken. 5. Transfer the dehydrated peaches to an airtight container.
