Crockpot Scalloped

POTATOES AND HAM

Ingredients:

– 8 medium Russet potatoes, peeled and sliced – 1 sweet onion, diced – 2 cups cooked ham, cubed – 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded – 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup – 2/3 cup milk – Thyme to taste – Ground black pepper to taste – A few pinches of salt for the peeled and sliced potatoes – Cooking spray – Green onions, optional for garnish

HOW TO MAKE:

Toss potatoes in salt. Layer half of potatoes, onion, ham, and cheese in slow cooker.

Repeat layering with remaining ingredients.

Combine mushroom soup, milk, thyme, and pepper; pour over potatoes.

Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
