FOR THE SHRIMP: – Shrimp – Chili powder – Cumin – Onion powder – Black pepper

Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry.


Toss shrimp with spices and sauté in oil 1-2 minutes on each side until just done.


While shrimp cooks, prepare the crema by mixing together the sour cream/greek yogurt, limes, garlic, cilantro leaves, salt, and water together.


Next, transfer cooked shrimp to a serving bowl or platter, and set aside.
