apple nachos

Ingredients:

– 2 Granny Smith apples – 2 Honeycrisp apples – 4 tbsp salted butter – 3/4 cup brown sugar – 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk – 6 tbsp corn syrup – 1/2 tsp vanilla extract – 4 oz white chocolate chips – 1 granola bar, chopped – 1/2 cup pretzels, crushed – 1/2 lemon to keep apples from browning

HOW TO MAKE:

Wash, core, and slice apples, then toss with lemon juice.

HOW TO MAKE:

Melt butter, brown sugar, condensed milk, and corn syrup for caramel.

HOW TO MAKE:

Cook until lightly bubbling, then remove from heat.

HOW TO MAKE:

Stir in vanilla and let caramel cool. Melt white chocolate in microwave.

HOW TO MAKE:

Arrange apple slices on serving platter. Drizzle with caramel and melted white chocolate.

Top with chopped granola bar and crushed pretzels. Serve.
